I have been a licensed full time real estate agent since 1996. In my past achievements I have received many awards including The Leading Edge Award and the President’s Circle Award, placing me in the Top 5% nationally. I have had extensive Training in both real estate sales and management.
I have attended the Masters Academy with Floyd Wickman and have taught The Principles and Practices of Real Estate and conducted numerous New Agent Training classes. Since I have been in business always as a Full Time Realtor, that being my only source of income. I have sold over 350 homes in my career that’s more than 23 units a year for 15 years. I have always been in the first quartile in every real estate office I’ve been in, which puts me in the top 10 % not only in the office but in the state and the Country!
I was born in New Britain, CT and had lived in Higganum/Haddam for 18 years and presently reside in Middletown for the past 10 years.
My expertise is in all types of Real Estate Sales from first time home buyers, investment properties, flips, new construction sales, estate and probate sales, bank owned properties, short sales, foreclosures and I mostly specialize in working with my past clients in selling and buying whatever their needs are.

When selling your home I get the most for your home by pricing it correctly and having it sold in the shortest period of time and within 2% of the list price in most cases, if I list your home for 300,000 it will sell between 294,000 to 306,000. I never over price a home, because I always tell the truth about the market based on facts not feelings. I would rather lose your business than tell you a lie and ask for price reductions later.
Every sale is important to me, some agents list a lot of properties and play a numbers GAME, they don’t care if your home sells or not! To them some sell and some don’t and to me every home is important and I expect every home I LIST to SELL!
All Realtors are Independent contractors and I only get a pay check when your home sells and that’s after the closing!
The bottom line is THIS IS NOT A GAME TO ME!
This is my Profession and this is your LIFE choice to buy or sell your home!
