Seller, Love your buyer!

Sellers, when selling your home, love your buyers!
When you get an offer, respond with anything…just respond!

Don’t ever get insulted over an offer on a home, it’s a home not your firstborn! Review the comparables, not what you want or need! Try selling your stocks for $35.00 a share when that was last years price and now its $25.00 a share, it just doesn’t work that way. So before you say NO, look at the facts.

When they ask for repairs, do what you can!
It’s important to keep your buyers happy that they made the right decision and they got a fair deal. Three or four safety issues are nothing compared to a three page document requiring painting and all new windows! These are the nightmare buyers that you don’t want, so when you get a fair request for repairs consider yourself fortunate, sign and do the repairs.

Sellers, when selling your home, be wise & listen to your Realtor…review the facts and be fair to your buyer. After all, they are buying your house and not someone else’s.

Otherwise, you may be looking for a new buyer and starting the process all over again. Looking for a new buyer requires a great loss of time and expense for you and the people involved.

Whether you move or not is what you do with your life and your lifestyle, try putting a price tag on that!!
